Date Check in Event Registration

If a child is required to to be a specific age to enter the event, block registration if that child doesn't meet the age criteria. Date check against birthdate.

In our first two hours of summer camp registration, we had 7 children register for a camp (event). Five of them did not meet the age requirement!
