"Youth" Workers

In KidCheck (not YouthCheck), I'd love to see those under the age of 18 be labeled "Youth Workers". This would add a safety layer to anyone scheduling to 1. KNOW they're underage and 2. be able to schedule according to church policy (ex: 2 adults must be scheduled/confirmed before a youth can be scheduled/confirmed to help in an area).
I'd also like to see youth be able to check in using their own cell phone # if they have one - per their parent/guardian's permission.
