scheduling volunteers

when scheduling volunteers, and want to set a recurrency, it doesn't allow me to recurred to the Sundays that i choice. for instances i need every 2nd sundays the same people to be scheduled. what it does it s that it schedule them but for the same previous date and it carries it to the following month. like if i needed Nov 9th to be schedule which its 2nd sunday, the next month it will fall on a tuesday Nov. 9th instead of staying on second sunday of Dec. not the date. so i need help with this part. figuring out how i can make it a recurrency, but following the days not the dates.
