Report Notification

A feature that notifies staff and parents when there is a report that needs to be given at check-out. For example, when a child scrapes their knee and staff needs to give first aid, they have to fill out an “ouch report” to give to the parents. However, reports are often missed because there isn’t a reminder when staff is doing a check-out.

Ideally, when a parent gives us their phone number, a notification would pop up on the screen that says “Joe has a report,” the staff would confirm the report, share with parent, and then complete the check-out.
