Location Change Notification

Provide a notification option within the guardian account settings to enable "location change notifications", so if an organization changes a child's location, the guardian can receive a text or push notification of the location update. Example, Bobby was checked into the "morning crafts" location, and then was moved to the "lunch" location. With this new feature, the guardian would receive a notification of the location update.
