Check In - Option to turn off auto selection of all siblings/children on account

Change the default setting to be able to select the kids you are checking in rather that clicking on the ones not attending. We have many families/grandparents/foster parents that do not often bring all registered children at once and volunteers and parents get confused that they are checking in all their children as the default setting
