Allow more customization in Recurring Scheduling

In addition to setting up occurrence on a specific DATE (Jun 7, Jul 7, Aug 7, etc), I need to be able to schedule according to a specific DAY (1st Sunday of every month, 2nd Wednesday of every month, 4th Sunday of every month, etc)
