Support for Zebra Printers

I have grown to dislike Dymo printers, especially now with their DRM and RFID label tracking, 3rd party labels are not an option for the new printers (550 and 550 turbo), but KidCheck doesn't support those printers yet anyways; However, when we finally need to replace printers, we're going to either have to buy older 450 Turbos, or try the brother printers (which I am not sure if they require genuine labels).
Many people suggest Zebra printers for their reliability, I'd love to see support for even a few of their smaller models like the ZD220/230.
