Make an event registration editable

Often times a parent will tell me they put in the wrong tshirt size, or the wrong grade for example. I can't change that registration and neither can they (which is another request, make the event viewable in their account/app). I need to add that info so that my reports are correct otherwise I can't capture all the info in one place and it makes more work.
