Parent consent for taking or not they children pictures

We at church, take pictures of kids during sunday services or activities to post them on our different platforms. We would like to be able to know that this kid or that cannot be taken in pictures and published without the parent consent. When parent registers they children, they click on a button to consent or not to taking and publishing pictures on the church official platforms
