Event Registration for Volunteers/Workers

Would really like to see an event registraiton for parents to sign up to volunteer for an event, like VBS. Right now can only set up for kids to register for an event. Would be extremely helpful as we are now having to use a different program for that.

I totally agree. It would be helpful to be able to register volunteers & have them designate their willingness to serve at VBS. I would also like to be able to register VBS volunteers who are strictly for VBS - they are unable to be fulltime volunteers for Sunday School, etc. Maybe there could be an extra column (or custom column) for volunteers, so we could designate which activity/event they are willing to work at.

This would be extremely helpful for VBS. I need to be able to have volunteers for each of my classes and most of them are not teachers already. Very much needed to organize all of your classes!

And potentially include parent sign up. We do a lot of FAMILY activities that require parents to stay. We provide meals and would be amazing to be able to collect this info instead of assume or guess.

I agree we had to use 2 different systems since it couldn't all be done on KidCheck.

This would be very helpful. It is difficult to man various registration systems and it be a lot easier to be able to sign in volunteers via roster, using smart groups that pull from the event registration and feed the roster.

Definitely would be helpful to have a place for volunteers to sign up without having to be connected to a registering a child
