Setup Wizard Improvements

After signing up for KidCheck improve the ability to immediately configure/use the software. Initial ideas are:
1) Improve the Setup Wizard and immediately feature it after logging into a customer's account that has not yet been set up.
2) Upon signup, create sample/default location, templates, programs, that a customer can immediately use or easily modify.
