Make volunteer interest question optional for clients to decide whether or not they want to use it.

Our ministry has a great procedure for recruiting volunteers and we do not target first time attenders for volunteering. We don't want to portray the idea that we would allow someone to volunteer without going through a very thorough vetting process. We would prefer to have the option to remove that question from the new account form for our facility.
