All-Year Events for Volunteer Scheduling

Being able to place an event on the calendar for the whole year would be more helpful than duplicating it with a limit of 12 times. It would then be helpful for volunteers to be able to permanently commit to a weekly service rather than have to individually select each one and then be able to deselect one particular week or signify in some way that they will miss any given week.
