EVENT REGISTRATION: Need to link referring event to new account creation & add children edits

When a new KidCheck account needs to be created in order to complete a registration to an event, the referring URL linked to that event loses its connection to the referring event in the process of creating the new account and adding children to the new account. I experienced this issue in 2020 as well as with the new VBS event that I just created in KidCheck. The workaround in 2020 was to have the account holder sign out of KidCheck and then use the registration URL to go back in and register the children. I'm not sure if I'm overlooking something in the administrative process or if something needs to be updated in the technical back-end of the platform to make this a more seamless process for the end-user.
