Implement the ability for parents to cancel from a pre-registered event

The parents only have the ability to pre-register for an event through the link but if something happens, the only way they can cancel is to contact an administrator. It would be great if a cancellation link can be included in the email receipt and show their pre-registration in the app with a cancellation button.
