Add photo permission to be printed on nametag.

We would like for parents to approve/deny photos of their child and for it to print on their tag, just as allergies do.

Thanks for the feedback! Check-In Surveys were designed partially to address the desire of photo consents. You could set up a survey to display once per guardian or child and that should what you need. Check out more about them here: https://www.kidcheck.com/tutorial/check-in-surveys/.
